EMEA Partner Manager

Our customer's integrated software solutions and services are used daily by some 1,200 cinemas and leisure attractions, 1,500 pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels and 450 leisure centres and many high profile clients in the manufacturing, transport and retail sectors. Clients are currently spread across more than 20 countries and several of them are markquee brands.

The company's solutions approach is centered on an ERP system for multi-operational groups. Central, allied with a series of market-specific software solutions, allows multi-site businesses to orchestrate their operations with greater efficiency, profitability, control and security.

To strenghten the European team, we are looking for an EMEA Partner Channel Manager, an entrepreneurial self-starter with excellent communications skills and the ambition to execute a partner strategy that will become "the" major growth engine for the organization.

  • Responsible for building an ecosystem of revenue generating channel and alliance relationships in EMEA that will accelerate growth in EMEA.
  • Responsible for all phases of partner engagement; identification, qualification, pursuit, formal engagement, and on-going management through the delivery of multiple successful joint customers.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for Business Development through Partners in EMEA.
  • Pursues targeted systems integrators, interactive agencies, and ecommerce outsourcers, identifying opportunities for incremental and sustainable revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Negotiates and closes Channel and Alliance agreements.
  • Communicates the vision and value-proposition message to Partners, and assists in developing the Partner's ability to communicate this message.
  • Develops and executes business plans with Partners that deliver incremental customers and revenue.
  • Collaborates across the organization to successfully integrate partners into sales, marketing, and delivery functions.
  • Reports to Director EMEA.

THE CANDIDATE
Language: Fluent in English and minimal French, German or Spanish.

Experience:

  • At least 10 years experience in a sales focused role with at least 5 years gained in POS software solutions.
  • Strong track record in developing new business and account management at executive level, with deal sizes in excess of $1m.
  • Knowledge of European Point of Sale marketplace and Retail multi-channel business models.
  • Demonstrated success building revenue generating channel and alliance relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams and partner relationships
  • Strategic selling and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages, additional language capabilities a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (>70%)
  • Demonstrable ability to be successful in a matrix organization.
